e Kidz
Our heart is for kids to experience the love of God for themselves. We partner with parents to develop kids’ faith and relationship with God.

Visiting Embassy for the first time?

On your first visit, look for the eKidz Sign-In area at the Connect Center. You’ll be greeted by Connect Center staff, eager to meet your family. We’ll be there every step of the way to get your kids checked in.

Because we value safety, we’ll need some information during this sign-in time, including: family member’s name, child’s name and birthday, email address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, etc.)

To check-out your child, please return to the Connect Center where a volunteer will assist you.

Understanding the Check-In Process

Once you have been registered for the first time, the Check-in process is simple. At the Connect Center, enter your phone number on the terminal. Ensure that you have selected the correct contact person and child, then tap the “Check In” button. Your child’s name tag and your security tag will print. Put the name tag on your child’s back and a volunteer will direct you to the eKidz area.

To pick up your child, return to the Connect Center and give the Connect Center volunteers your security tag. They will check your child out in the system and then stamp the security tag. Only authorized individuals may check out children. If you wish to authorize someone else to pick up your child, please talk to the Connect Center staff to register them as a trusted individual. Once you have your stamped security tag you may go to the e-Kidz area to pick up your child.

If this sounds confusing, don’t worry, the connect center staff will walk you through it.
