The pastors

The pastors of Embassy Church, Glen and Joan Stead

An embassy is a permanent diplomatic mission to any given state. The word embassy is often used to refer to the building or compound housing the ambassador, but the actual definition according to Webster’s is, “a group of people who work under an ambassador and represent their country in a foreign country.” Therefore an embassy is a group of people working under the ambassador representing the home country to the assigned country. This is the same as a church. A Church is not a building, as commonly believed, but a group of people working under a pastor representing God to the assigned location.

Embassy Church realizes this similarity. Embassy Church is an embassy to Prince Albert and area from the Kingdom of God. People can come to Embassy Church and the members of the diplomatic mission will do what they can to help. That is another similarity. Churches have been calling the people they send out to help people find God missions for a long time. An embassy is a diplomatic mission.Embassy Church has many resources to help represent the Kingdom of God to the people in Prince Albert and Area, and even the world via our website, embassychurch.ca. These resources include the podcast, our youtube channel, Revelation Bible College, Regent Academy and more.
